Bikini Pro, Coach, Trainer, Sunni Ewing: Get Your Sexy On With Sunni Fitness

Rock star IPL Pro Athlete Sunni Ewing is certainly one of the busiest professionals in the biz.
Juggling family, fame, fitness, and a growing brand is not easy, but Miss Ewing is up for the challenge.
We caught up with this vivacious vixen to get the scoop on the Sunni Fitness brand, and find out how it can help us get in touch with our inner (and outer) SEXY!
BEN YOSEF: Hi, Sunni! Congrats on making the cover of Vigorous! How are you feeling about it?
SUNNI EWING: Why thank you, Mr. President. I feel like a winner. The chosen one. I run my own race, therefore I’m always first.
B: This is a very sexy and provocative cover shot. One of the sexiest VIG covers, yet. What kind of feedback have you gotten on it?

S: Very positive. I got lots of attention. Seemed as though people liked the sexiness more than the muscles. [laughs]
B: You are doing so many really cool things. You are a Pro Athlete, a Prep Coach and Trainer… You are the IPL Texas Contest Promoter… You are building an exciting brand… What is a typical day in the life of Sunni Ewing like?
S: Up at 4:23AM. I train my clients from 5:00AM to 8:00PM. In between clients and training I am being a mommy. Making sure my two children have what they need for their day… School, meals… Also, my son has guitar lessons and my daughter has gymnastics. I also train myself and get my own meals in.
B: That is some serious activity. How do you balance it all? Do you get tired?
S: Yes, I do get tired. But I’m the one. It’s my responsibility. Balance comes from a place knowing that it all matters. Life is about planning and making adjustments along the way.

B: What do you do to unwind? What do you do for fun?
S: I enjoy music, writing, and chilling in solitude to unwind. For fun, I love to dance, play games, and I’m a movie buff. I enjoy socializing with my girlfriends, going to plays, fishing, I like adventure. I love road trips. I like to drive.
B: Let’s talk about your SUNNI FITNESS brand. What is it all about? What is the philosophy behind it?
S: It has multiple components. Competition training, strength training, weight loss, specialty training, Pilates. Also kids fitness with a special education background… Learning difference and disability children are welcome. I also have Skateboard Fitness. I have Sunni Bun (all about the butt) class coming soon. I have posing for Bikini and for Kids Fitness.

I have my SunniBoi Posing Trunk Collection, which debuted and was worn by David Nwuba at the 2017 3rd Annual IPL Southern Championship contest in Houston, TX last month. I guest posed at the show as well, which was quite liberating.

B: I love it! Wow. And I thought I was busy! [laughs] You are my new hero. So, let’s talk about getting sexy, as the cover story implies. How can Sunni Fitness help us get our sexy on?
S: First things first… Recognizing that you want to be sexy… Making a decision to be sexy. Creating time for you is sexy. Weight loss is sexy, toning your body is sexy, muscles are sexy. You are in control of your sexy. Your diet must be sexy, so eat clean. To be sexy takes time and effort. What you put in, you get out. Make time for yourself. You must love you enough to invest in your sexy. Creating time for you is sexy.
B: Sounds good to me! What are some of the techniques and strategies you use to get people to achieve their sexy?
S: Sunni Fitness is a GPS to get you to your sexy. Although, everyone’s sexy is different. However, there are steps that we all need to become sexy with Sunni Fitness.
- SET YOUR GOALS according to your intended outcome. Goals must be realistic and attainable.
- YOUR BODY NEEDS REST to recover, to rebuild, and to rejuvenate.
- NUTRITION. Implementation of a proper diet and scheduling of meals to boost your metabolism.
- CONSISTENT ROUTINE with progressive steps that challenge the body to transform.
- AFFIRM WITH BELIEF that you can push your body past your comfort zone. And during those times when you want to give up, DON’T.
- SUPPLEMENTS HELP, but don’t rely totally on them. Hard work is most reliable.
- DRINK ENOUGH WATER, preferably alkaline water, according to your size.

Training gives you more energy, raises your sex drive, builds self-confidence, and wards off illness and disease.

S: Thank you, Ben! I am honored to be in the IPL Family as well! Next up is launching my SunniBoi Trunk Collection, which offers customized trunks for men. Also, Pose with Sunni for stage coaching. I am promoting the next IPL Texas Pro/Am show in August. I am excited to have more competitors and Pros come out to do their thing!
