Name three music artists you’ve been listening to lately: I’m pretty much always listening to country music, unless I’m at the gym. A few favorite new albums I’ve had on repeat are from Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini. I’ve been adding a lot of Post Malone’s new music to my workout playlists, too.

Favorite Books / Magazines: My attention span can be short, so I tend to read a lot of articles versus sitting down with a 5,000 page book! I enjoy keeping up with local and national news through online publications, however.

I’ve read some really fantastic personal development books this year. My favorite so far has been Unfu*k Yourself: Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life by Gary John Bishop.

Favorite Movies: I’m a HUGE movie lover so it’s truly impossible for me to pick just one favorite! My favorite movie of 2017 was definitely Wonder Woman. I love action, dramas and crime thrillers!

What are some of your professional accomplish-ments? (modeling or otherwise) Competing in my first fitness competition at the 2017 2nd Annual IPL Arizona Championship & Tawnya Cline Natural Bikini Magazine Classic this year has been one of my proudest moments and most exciting accomplishments. And taking 3rd place in my class for Bikini Open was just the cherry on top! Professionally, last year I was awarded Member of the Year in my women’s philanthropy club, and that was such an honor!

“You have the ability and the empowerment to create the physique you see for yourself and feel strong and sexy, even in a tiny bikini.”

Best things about Bikini Modeling? Worst things? The best thing about bikini modeling is the empowerment it gives you. For many women things like daily responsibilities and negative opinions keep us limited in what we feel we can accomplish. When it comes to your body, nothing and no one can control that. You have the ability and the empowerment to create the physique you see for yourself and feel strong and sexy, even in a tiny bikini.

What is the motto or mantra you try to live your life by? “Do no harm, but take no shit.”

What keeps you busy? I am a board member of Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club and I spend a lot of time planning our galas and fundraising events with the ladies of the club. I love to run outdoors, so I take every opportunity to get outside when it’s under 100 degrees! My wonderful boyfriend is a professional basketball trainer and coach, so I spend many weekends in a sports facility watching his guys play in tournaments and cheering them on!

What is your view on tattoos? I love tattoos. Just like any other form of art, it’s a way for an individual to express themselves. I have two tattoos, and one day I might get more if there is a deep meaning behind it for me.

What is your dream job? My dream job is to plan corporate events. I always thought I wanted to be a wedding planner, but as I got older I realized I don’t have the tolerance for bridezillas! I work in the private wealth industry and I’ve always been in charge of all the events in my region. It’s one of my favorite things about my line of work and I would love to be able to do it full-time.

What do you do to stay in shape, or are you just a genetic freak? I am most definitely not a genetic freak! But it’s true what they say, abs are made in the kitchen. It took some time for me to learn that, but once I did I was able to make big changes and live a happier and healthier lifestyle. Aside from that, I love running, hot yoga and H.I.I.T workouts.

“It just depends on the mood. I love to go out and have a good time, but I never turn down a night in watching movies.”

Are you interested in or ever tried any extreme sports? (bungee, skydiving, rock climbing, BMX, moto, snowboarding) No way! I’m scared of heights so none of those sound the least bit appealing. I’ve been snowboarding once, but I spent most of the time on my butt in the snow.

  • Favorite Color: Grey.
  • Favorite Food: Anything my mom cooks.
  • Dream Car: Porsche Panamera.
  • Are you a fast or slow driver? Fast! But, aware.
  • Favorite part of your body? My natural blonde hair and my booty.
  • Favorite part of a man’s body? Strong arms and a defined chest.
  • Bars, clubs, both, or none? All four! It just depends on the mood. I love to go out and have a good time, but I never turn down a night in watching movies.
  • Favorite beer, cocktail, and/or shot? I’m a whiskey drinker. Blanton’s on the rocks, please!
  • Favorite city/country to party in? I had one of the best nights partying in Vancouver, B.C.

Are you excited about the release of this of VIGOROUS with you in it? Absolutely thrilled! I am beyond humbled to be included in this publication with so many other incredible athletes and models that I admire!

First thing that comes to mind when you hear

…”Donald Trump”: Ew.

…”Winter”: …is coming, Jon Snow.

…”Spring”: Flowers.

…”Sex”: …and the City.

…”Marijuana”: Politics.

…”Social Media”: Marketing.

What’s next for you? I will be back up on stage in May 2018 for my second show, and I can’t wait! I’ve had a few fabulous months off and I’m ready to get back on the grind. I’ve really enjoyed seeing the ways I can sculpt my body during the training process. But more than anything, it’s FUN! Looking forward to another great prep season with my NH2T Smoothies and Blenderz team!

“Focus on enjoying the journey and you’ll end up at some pretty incredible destinations.”

Anything else you would like to add?: Competing in a fitness competition and seeing myself published in a magazine is not something I EVER imagined for myself. So that being said, I just want to send a little extra motivation out. As cliché as it sounds, if you want to pursue something, just do it! Don’t worry about being the best at it, or even being great at it. I’m not the fastest runner, the strongest lifter or the girl who never enjoys a big dessert once in awhile. And, if I would’ve let any of those things be my excuse for not pursuing this path, I wouldn’t be here now, being interviewed for Vigorous Magazine. Focus on enjoying the journey and you’ll end up at some pretty incredible destinations.
